When you use Relynk, we collect information you provide directly — such as your email address when creating an account — and information collected automatically when links are used, including the original URL, shortened alias, timestamps, anonymized IP addresses (purged after 30 days), browser type, device type, and referrer URL. When you generate a QR code, we store the destination URL and optionally the QR image if you choose to save it.

We use collected data to provide and operate the Relynk service, generate click analytics for your links, prevent spam and abuse, improve your experience, and send important service or security notices. We do not use your data for advertising.

Relynk provides click analytics including click counts, country/city-level geographic region, referrer source, and device type. This data is tied to your account and the specific link. We do not sell individual click data to third parties.

We use cookies to maintain login sessions and remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect dashboard functionality.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality, when required by law or court order, to protect the safety of our users or the public, or in connection with a merger or acquisition (with prior notice to you).

Account data is retained while your account is active. Links and their analytics are kept until you delete them or close your account. IP addresses are anonymized after 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and follow industry-standard secure storage practices. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure — we encourage using a strong, unique password for your account.

Relynk is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of Relynk after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
